I’m aware that you’re currently attempting to get a chain of tunnel systems to transport from city to city, I believe this is a great idea that should be taken seriously.
my question is how can you get the proper permissions on building the tunnel systems and the land that is being taken out of the ground, is it being used in a proper manner?
